Our Story So Far
Our founder Baljinder Kuller has been on the front line of teacher recruitment for over 15 years, working both within local authorities and third-party recruitment consultancies.
In 2016, with schools facing increasing budget pressures and skills gaps, he saw an opportunity to disrupt the education recruitment sector through technology and The Supply Register was born.
Passionate about education and levelling up opportunities for those who are disadvantaged, Baljinder founded The Supply Register on the principles of equality and fairness – helping both schools and candidates to secure a better deal.
We continue to grow rapidly and today we are proud to be partnered with hundreds of schools across the UK, saving over £1 million on supply cover spend since 2016.
