About the role…
The Supply Register is seeking a a technically competent IT educator who will provide high quality IT Training and System support to our users across the UK to
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of starter and leaver user accounts across The Supply Register, its Partnership locations and agency supply chain.
- Collaborate with end-users to understand unique requirements based on role, unit, and location, and offer training solutions adaptable to those needs.
- Manage and deliver regular platform training to new and existing users with supportable solutions with updates that are of the highest quality in technical content and visual presentation.
- Manage the process for joiners, movers and leavers of the business promptly, completing the request in the form of a logged ticket, ensuring the correct sign off approval has been verified before completing requests.
- Collaborate with end-users to build the highest quality Mi content for The Supply Register, its Partnership locations and agency supply chain
- Develop or adapt key training modules/materials for onboarding, inductions and location orientations to deliver to service users.
- Assist with frontline support as necessary, especially around “how do I” issues.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training courses by conducting appropriate research
- Develop a knowledge-sharing environment and concept.
